Delete Account

JumpDumb – Miglanz Studio

You can request permanent deletion of your JumpDumb account and all associated data using one of the two methods below.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

Open JumpDumb → tap the Settings icon → scroll down and tap Delete Account → confirm with your password.
Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to:
[email protected]

Subject: Delete Account – JumpDumb
Body: Include your in-game nickname.

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data is deleted

Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account credentials (username, hashed password)
• Game progress (scores, floors, play time)
• In-game wallet (coins, gems)
• Purchased and unlocked characters
• Friends list and social data

Data retention

Anonymised aggregate statistics (not linked to your account) may be retained for analytics purposes. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.
